DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of rejuvenation at Ma’alot Farms \nOur Wellness Retreat will begin with yoga and a meditation session in Ma’alot Farm’s hidden tree net\, weather permitting. Then we will go on a private tour of Ma’alot farms lead by a founder of the farm followed by a freshly prepared farm lunch. \nWe will end the day with a session preparing herb gardens for culinary and medicinal purposes which you can take home with you. This is a special opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a idyllic setting that will seem a world away from your everyday life. \nThis series is led by Marta Weinstock\, E-RYT 500. Her teaching style focuses on integrating yoga philosophy\, yoga fundamentals\, energy healing\, postural alignment and BREATHING! She explores the physical\, mental and spiritual landscapes of yoga. Beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga and meditation are welcome. \nWhat’s included: Yoga and meditation in nature\, private farm four\, farm-fresh lunch\, herb garden workshop where we will design an herb garden for culinary and medicinal use for you to take home! \nJuly 24 | 9AM–1PM | $225
