Bottled Pamplemousse Rose Tequila Cocktail with Grilled Lime
This "Eyebrow Raise" cocktail is for a slightly open-minded crowd. Not everyone is a tequila lover but this drink with Pamplemousse Rose (grapefruit liqueur) and grilled lime juice will change some minds. Non-grilled lime will work, but grilling adds depth and complements the subtle smoke notes in tequila.
"Eyebrow Raise" Pamplemousse Tequila Cocktail with Grilled LimeThis recipe is designed to make a 1 Liter bottled cocktail.Makes 4-5 8oz servings1. Cut limes in half and grill on open flame or stovetop until charred2. Juice Grilled Limes for approximately 8 ounces of juice3. Incorporate all ingredients in a large container funnel into a bottle. Serve chilled.
