Heirloom Tomato Harvest Celebration Bloody Mary

Try your hand at this Bloody Mary recipe straight from the Heirloom Tomato Harvest Festival Bloody Mary competition! Provided by Viva Restaurant's head mixologist Zalo Muro, the recipe includes seasonal summer heirloom tomatoes and Chile bitters from Zalo's brother, Omar Muro.

Instructions
 

  • All juiced fresh:
    Heirloom Tomato (red, yellow, green) Juice
    Cucumber & Jalapeño Juice 
    Carrot Juice 
    Ingredients:
    2oz Vodka (not flavored)
    2oz Heirloom Tomato Juice
    1oz Cucumber & Jalapeño Juice
    1oz Carrot Juice
    Pinch of salt (to taste)
    Omar's Chile Bitters (to taste)
    Pour over ice in a salted rim and garnish with marjoram and heirloom tomato cube.
