Pecan Harvest Cocktail

This drink is definitely a dessert drink. It has a lot of sweetness and almost begins to taste chocolaty after a few sips. From: Lure +Till, Palo Alto.

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce pecan orgeat
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • ½ ounce St. George’s Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

  • Dry shaken, served in a coupe glass, with a healthy layer of freshly grated cinnamon on top for garnish.
