Pecan Harvest Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce pecan orgeat
- ½ ounce maple syrup
- ½ ounce St. George’s Coffee Liqueur
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Dry shaken, served in a coupe glass, with a healthy layer of freshly grated cinnamon on top for garnish.
