Mile High Club

Creamy and silky texture with cool aloe vera up front and a vegetal/fresh finish from the avocado and Singani 63, a clear spirit distilled from grapes. Super smooth and easy sipping all the way. Ho. Ho. Ho. From Paper Plane, San Jose.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Singani 63
  • ¾ ounces Chareau
  • 1 ounce avocado syrup*
  • ¾ egg white
  • ¾ lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to shaker. Shake over ice.
    Strain over 1 ounce seltzer in a Collins glass filled with cubed ice.
    Express a lemon peel and float on top and serve with 2 long straws.
    * For the avocado syrup, blend 1½ cups sugar, 1½ cups water and 1 ripe avocado. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
